Manage Your Domains: To minimize risks, buy new domains instead of using your primary. For each domain, set up 2-3 inboxes, with a limit of 30 messages per inbox and no more than 100 messages per domain. Keep 10 inboxes active and 10 on standby, rotating them regularly to avoid overuse.
Technical Configuration and Sender Policy: To ensure proper email authentication, set up SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records. Include an unsubscribe link in your emails, along with a header that clearly identifies your sender information.
Forwarding and Replies: Configure email and domain forwarding to streamline communication and track responses efficiently.
Adjust Tracking Settings: Disable open and click rate tracking to avoid spam triggers. If you must track these metrics, use a custom tracking link.
Inbox Warm-Up: Before sending emails from new domains, go through a 2-4 week warm-up period to build trust with email servers.
Monitor Domain Health: Use tools like MXToolbox to keep an eye on your domain's status, and consider other tools like lemstack for additional insights.
Spam Testing: Before sending out emails, check their spam likelihood.
Email Verification: If you're using Apollo.io, filter for verified emails, ones updated within the last 90 days, or those more likely to open or respond. Additionally, cross-verify with other providers to ensure accuracy, keeping your bounce rate below 3%.
A/B Test Your Emails: Experiment with different email versions to see what resonates.
